Book Online in Minutes
Tell us your location, car size, and preferred service.
We’ll send a confirmation via SMS and email — including next steps and access instructions.
📍 Available in select cities — choose yours on the booking page.
Step 2:
Leave Your Car Parked — We’ll Come to You
No need to wait around. Our Washrs arrive at your scheduled time and clean your vehicle right where it’s parked — at home, at work, or in your apartment garage.
Exterior-Only Services: No need to be present. Just make sure we won’t trigger your alarm.
Interior & Combo Packages: We’ll need access to your car. You can hand us the key, leave it with concierge, or give us remote access via your car app.
🔐 Access instructions are required if you won’t be on-site.
Step 3:
We Get to Work — Quietly & Cleanly
Our Washrs use eco-friendly, waterless detailing methods
and require no hose.
For interior services, we may need access to a standard outlet for vacuuming and steam cleaning.
⚡No outlet? Contact us — we may be able to bring portable power (availability not guaranteed).
Step 4:
You Get the Shine — Without the Stress
Once your service is complete, you’ll receive:
- A completion notification via SMS/email
- A secure charge to your card on file
- Optional tipping opportunity
- A link to leave a review and rebook
💳 We only charge your card after service is completed.
Access & Parking Notes
To ensure smooth service:
- Make sure your car is unlocked or accessible if interior work is scheduled (eg. leave the key with front desk/concierge)
- Meet our Washr when they arrive to give them access to the garage, or, provide garage codes, concierge instructions, or remote access as needed
- If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle despite reasonable effort, a 50% inaccessible fee may apply
