Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Washr website and services. By accessing or booking through https://getwashr.app (“Site”), you agree to these Terms.

Washr is operated by The Washr Co. LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company ("Washr", “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Washr.

1. Overview of Services

Washr provides eco-friendly, waterless mobile car detailing services at customer-specified locations. Services are available in select cities and are booked via our online platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or book services. By booking, you confirm that you are authorized to request services for the listed vehicle and location.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made through our online form.

A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required at time of booking.

Your card will be secured and verified upon booking and charged after service completion.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Service Access Requirements

You agree to:

- Provide accurate location and vehicle details

- Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible

- Notify us in advance of any security codes, garage access, or special instructions

If your vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time, a no-show fee will be applied (see Section 5, below).

5. Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service total.

Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a rebooking fee of up to $50 and are limited to one (1) late reschedule per appointment. If you request another change within 48 hours of the rescheduled time, the appointment may be canceled and subject to the 50% late cancellation fee.

If your vehicle is inaccessible or you are a no-show, the same 50% fee applies.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitations

We strive for exceptional quality. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.

Washr is not liable for:

- Pre-existing vehicle damage

- Damage resulting from poor vehicle condition (e.g., clear coat failure, worn trim)

- Personal items left in or on the vehicle

- Any indirect or incidental damages

7. Independent Contractors

All services are performed by independent contractors (“Washrs”) vetted by Washr. By booking, you agree to allow our assigned Washr access to your vehicle and service location.

8. User Conduct

By using our Site and Services, you agree not to:

- Provide false or misleading information during booking

- Use our platform for unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes

- Harass, threaten, or act abusively toward Washr team members (including independent contractors)

- Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse our technology, booking system, or operations

- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy Washr's business processes or proprietary systems

Violations of this section may result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment, refusal of future service, and/or legal action where applicable.

Washr reserves the right to report fraudulent activity or abusive conduct to local authorities or platform partners when necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, images, branding, and service names are the property of The Washr Co. LLC and may not be used without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Washr Co. LLC (“Washr”) and its independent contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of data, vehicle depreciation, or loss of income, arising out of or related to the use of our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By booking with Washr, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Services are provided as-is, based on the condition of the vehicle at time of service

- Washr is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or cosmetic issues (e.g., worn clear coat, cracked trim, faded paint, etc.) that may be revealed or exacerbated during cleaning

- Washr is not liable for personal items left in or on the vehicle

- Washr is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, access issues, mechanical failure, road closures, or emergencies)

- Washr shall not be liable for loss or damage where access to the vehicle or surrounding property was restricted, hazardous, or misrepresented by the customer

- Washr’s maximum liability, in any circumstance, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question

Washr’s insurance coverage includes General Liability and Garagekeepers Liability, but does not extend to damages resulting from conditions not caused directly by our actions or negligence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance.
